Aangee-stasie
Die area waar voedsel van die agterkant van die restaurant tot voor aangegee word. Dit sluit dikwels 'n warm kompartement op een toonbank en 'n koue kompartement op 'n ander toonbank in. Hierdie stasie voorsien 'n plek vir kombuispersoneel om voorbereide voedsel neer te plaas totdat bediendepersoneel dit optel.
