Robert Glenn Johnson, Jr.

An American NASCAR driver who was most famous for his skill in the 1950s and 60s.

He developed his driving skills as a courier for illegal moonshine deliveries, which on occassion would require him to escape from law enforcement. He was also known to use fake police sirens to get through roadblocks.

When he took his driving capabilities to NASCAR his past was investigated and he was sentenced to two years in prison for his illicit deeds. Once free he returned to racing and became a prolific winner.
