Twizy is a small two-seat electric city car manufactured in Spain that will be launched in March 2012. There are two versions of this car: the basic one called Urban 45 that can be driven without licence (considered quad) and the Urban version, which you do need a licence to drive it.

To promote it, 20 of these cars have been decorated by artists and during the month of December they would be allocated through the city of Madrid in what is called the "Twizy Parade".
