Zafirro Iridium
Know as the world's most expensive razor with a price tag of $100,000, the Zafirro Iridium consists of a curved iridium handle and a pair of ultra thin blades made from white sapphire grown in a Ukraine lab. The 99.9% pure iridium is the most corrosion-resistant platinum metal, found only in meteorites. The sapphire blades measure only 80 atoms thick on their cutting edge, or 5,000 times thinner than the width of a hair so they are much sharper than common razor blades on the market. The sapphire blades will stay sharp for about a year and can be re-sharpened to last for up to 10 years.
