Cultivator
A farm implement for stirring and pulverising the soil before planting, or removing weeds, aerating and loosening the soil after the crop has begun to grow. It is usually powered by a tractor and stirs the soil to a greater depth than that of a harrow. Similar but much smaller machines are used for gardening.
