Kosmoceratops richardsoni is a plant-eating dinosaur related to the Triceratops species. According to the scientific journal PLoS ONE, Kosmoceratops richardsoni is considered the most ornate-headed dinosaur ever discovered. The Kosmoceratops has 10 horns across the rear margin of its bony frill that point downward and outward. It weighed about 2.5 tonnes and was about 15 feet long.
