According to the scientific journal PLoS ONE, Kosmoceratops richardsoni is considered the most ornate-headed dinosaur ever discovered. The Kosmoceratops has 10 horns across the rear margin of its bony frill that point downward and outward. It weighed about 2.5 tonnes and was about 15 feet long.
Kosmoceratops richardsoni's fossils were recently discovered in the southern Utah desert in the U.S.
