Scientific level
According to Helge Niska, the scientific level is one of the four levels at which terminology and specialised language takes place. i.e. When a new idea is born or a new discovery is made inside a scientific discipline and it is necessary to give names to the different concepts to communicate them to the scientific community.
The other three levels of language that Niska refers are: educational level, application level and user's level.
