A liquor from the town of Tequila in Mexico’s Jalisco province. Sometimes called "Cactus Whiskey". To be called tequila the liquor must be made from at least 51% blue agave. The four categories of tequila are: blanco, jovenabocado (also called “gold”), reposado and anejo.
