Williamson's Sapsucker, Sphyrapicus thyroideus, is a medium-sized woodpecker belonging to the genus Sphyrapicus (sapsuckers). Their breeding habitat is open forested areas, including conifers, in the western part of North America, from British Columbia to northern Mexico.
