A tool for grinding or polishing, mounted on a machine as a cone, disc or other suitable shaped piece of felt or leather, or of wood covered with felt or leather, or as a mop made of layers of cloth, string or other material to be charged with an abrasive or polishing compound. This is rotated in the machine at the appropriate speed for buffing.
