Deep pockets

Means that someone or some group has a lot of money, even inexhaustible wealth. EX. He has deep pockets.

Creamed

Language; Slang

Means to get beaten badly, either in a sports competition or a fight. The Mavericks creamed the Lakers for four quarters.

Dicey

Term for when something is extremely uncertain. We want to go golfing today, but the weather looks real dicey.

Cushy

Language; Slang

Means that someone has it really easy--an easy job, easy match, easy life.

Fall guy

Language; Slang

Someone who is left to take all of the blame for a crime which he/she either did not commit, or in which others were involved, as well. Derived from Prohibition Era, 1920s slang.
