An end is complete when all 16 stones, eight per team, two per person, have been shot. It is at the conclusion of each end that the score is added up. A game is made up of 10 ends.

A type of draw that ends up and stops right in front of and next to another rock, without moving it.

This is a stone that is placed in front of another stone that is in the house thus preventing the opposition from hitting the stone that is in the house.
