Warren Buffett's famous one-on-one lunch meeting with anyone with the highest bid to pick his brains on investment or any other topics relating to life in general. All proceeds from the lunch auction go to the Glide Foundation in San Francisco. The Glide Foundation feeds and supports the poor and disenfranchised with more than 750,000 meals being served each year. They also operate a medical clinic and organize youth job training for the unemployed. To date, Buffett's power lunch has generated more than $6 million in proceeds.

The first two lunch auctions were conducted off line and the winning bids were very close the initial minimum requirement. The lunch action has since been conducted on eBay with winning bids surpassing $1 million.
