Call of Duty
A behind the scenes multiplayer video game series franchise that features the clash between Russia and the United States in Modern Warfare during World War II and World War III. In the game, players take control of multiple characters as they take part in the conflict. In World War III, the plot involves a scheme to kidnap the Russian president amidst a Russian declaration of full scale combat and chemical warfare against the United States and Europe. The players witness the destruction of major world cities such as New York, London, and Paris.
Published by Activision Blizzard, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 video game set record in industry on November 8 2011 by generating more than $400 million in sales on its first day in stores in the United States and the United Kingdom.
