Daniel Kahneman (born 5 March 1934) is an Israeli-American economist and psychologist. He is well known for his work on the psychology of judgement and decision-making, behavioural economics and hedonic psychology. He is the 2002 Nobel Prize for Economics recipient, for his work in prospect theory.
