Dell Dude
Dell Dude is the nickname given to Ben Curtis (born November 2, 1980), an American actor and former speaker for Dell. The actor represented the computer company from 2000 to 2003 in a series of advertisements c that were critically acclaimed and helped Dell become the world's largest PC vendor. As part of the commercial campaign, Curtis portrayed character Steven who would inform prospective buyers on all perks that came to own a Dell computer. After the party was sold on the idea he would close the conversation with the catchphrase "Dude, you're getting a Dell". Curtis left Dell in 2003 after running into some personal legal problems.
In January 2013, Curtis published news with his comments that he could help company that he used to promote. According to Curtis, the solution was simple: bring back the "Dell Dude."
