Jack Kevorkian
A US doctor who was often dubbed "Dr. Death" by the media. Jack was a strong advocate for euthanasia and is thought to have assisted in the death of over 130 patients. He was imprisoned in 1999 in a case of voluntary euthanasia and charged with second degree murder. He was released in 2007 under the condition that he would cease offering assisted death advice.
He died in 2011 from kidney problems.
