Mary of Teck

Mary of Teck (26 May 1867 - 24 March 1953) was the queen consort of George V of the United Kingdom. Though born and brought up in England, she was technically a princess of the German Kingdom of Württemberg. She died at the age of 85 in 1952, just 10 weeks before the coronation of her granddaughter, Queen Elizabeth II.
