Mob Rules is a book written by Louis Ferrante, an exmob who was convicted 8 years and then become a writer after leaving the mafia world. In this book he offers 88 lessons from the Cosa Nostra that can make a business do better, even without violence. Ferrante compares business with the mafia, pointing out some similarities, and giving advise about how to run successfully a company following several rules that mobs use. Mob Rules has been translated into eleven languages since its publication in 2011.
