A real life superhero, whose actual identity is 23 year old Benjamin Fodor. Phoenix wears a self-made gold and black costume and patrols the city of Seattle fighting crime. He leads the Rain City Superhero Movement - a small band of like minded heroes.

Phoenix has recently been involved in court proceedings after using pepper spray on a group of people outside of a nightclub. He claims it was to break up a fight they were having, although this is denied by the prosecuting party.

He has no known super powers.
