Priscilla Chan
Priscilla Chan, a Chinese-American and the wife of Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, grew up in Braintree, Boston. She studied biology at Harvard University where she met Zuckerberg who was attending at the same school. Chan is multilingual, speaking fluent English, Cantonese, Spanish. She received her doctorate degree in medicine from the University of California at San Francisco in May 2012.
On her Facebook profile, Chan says she loves cooking, and enjoys food network, warm places, sun dried tomatoes and diet a&w. She's a fan of Harry Potter and Pride and Prejudice and her music tastes stretch from bands like Green Day and Red Hot chilli Peppers to Taylor Swift and Britney Spears.
Priscilla married her long time boyfriend in a surprise wedding on May 19 2012 with about 100 of their closest friends and family invited to the backyard of their Palo Alto home. Everyone thought they were going to celebrate Chan's graduation and the Facebook's IPO the previous day. When they arrived, they were told it was a wedding.
