Puffer fish are the second most poisonous vertebrate animals on Earth (the first of them is the Golden Dart Frog). Some types of meat is a delicacy in Japan (as fugu) and Korea (both sides of the ear), but the problem is that the skin and some organs of puffer fish is very poisonous to humans.
