Relicanth are stocky fish-like Pokémon with features that resemble coelacanths. They seem ancient and primitive. It is mostly brown with patches of tan on its body and a tan skull-like head. It has a red spot on each side of its body. Its scales are as craggy as rock. It also possesses many pairs of fins which it can use to punt itself along the sea bottom.
