The fabled homeless girl who wowed Prince William to be invited to Royal Wedding on April 29, 2011. Raised by her Muslim family in a high-rise block in East London, her life changed dramatically after having a stroke that paralysed the right-hand side of her body, she ended up living a desperate existence, sharing homeless shelters with drug addicts and other homeless individuals.
