Simipour is a Water-type primate-like Pokémon that is primarily blue in coloration. It has crests on its head similar to dreadlocks and broad ears to the sides of it. These ears are ringed with the darker blue of its body, and the inside part is a light robin's egg blue. Simipour also have a cream-colored face, chest, hands, arms, legs, and feet. Its torso is white on top and blue on the bottom, and its tail is cream coloured with a blue plume, resembling a spout of water.
