The West Wing (September 22 1999- May 14 2006)is an American political drama television series created by Aaron Sorkin and produced by Warner Bros. Television. It was originally aired on NBC. The show is set in the West Wing of the White House under the administration of a fictional Democratic President,Josiah Bartlet (Martin Sheen).The series has won three Golden Globe Awards and a staggering 26 Emmy awards.
