Track Santa Flight
An annual tradition by the North American Aerospace defence Command (NORAD) to track Santa Clause's flight as he and his reindeer take off for their annual journey to drop off long-awaited Christmas gifts for children and adults alike around the world.
For more than 50 years, NORAD has been tracking Santa's location in real-time with the power of radars, satellites, and cameras set up in different cities around the world. The tradition began when an advertisement for children to call Santa misprinted the telephone number, which turned out to be the number for NORAD.
