University of Arkansas at Little Rock was founded in 1927 as Arkansas's premier metropolitan university. UALR is committed to responding to the needs of the community by creating active links between the campus, community, and commerce. The University has got six colleges that include more than 100 programmes of study. The tree-lined campus has 40 buildings on 150 acres and is still growing.
