A purple and gold reploid that acts as Sigma's most elite general. He was originally a Maverick Hunter in Sigma's 17th division, and was regarded as one of the best, however he was never part of the organisation due to a sense of justice - he merely wanted to destroy mavericks due to psychotic tendencies. He was frequently reluctant to take orders and was thrown in prison shortly before the first Mega Man X game for disobeying his superiors. Sigma broke him out and offered him the chance to cause more destruction if he joined him.

He holds a deep hatred against X due to the attention X received when they were allies, despite considering X to be inferior and a liability when X was in a pacifist mood.
