Absolute cavity radiometer
An instrument used for very accurate measurements of solar irradiance which absorbs radiation on a blackened conical receiver and are electrically self-calibrating. Absolute cavity radiometers determine the solar constant and provide the reference from which other radiometers are calibrated.
