Applied behaviour analysis programme

A systematic approach to analysing and changing behavior. The programme essentially incorporates the full behaviour analysis model (see Figure 1.1). It entails establishment of behavioural objectives; selection and application of valid and reliable measures; regular recording; consistent application of selected procedures based upon principles of behavior; plus an experimental evaluation of results. An applied behaviour analysis programme sometimes is referred to as a behaviour analysis program, behavioural program, or a behaviour modification or therapy program.
