Beer engine

Device traditionally used to serve cask-conditioned British ales (real ale).  Instead of pushing the beer out of the cask or keg under pressure, a beer engine draws (pulls) the beer out, by means of a hand-operated pump.  Dispense via a beer engine results in a much lower carbonation level, as is typical for British "real ale".
