This tiny cheese of round shape is made with raw goat's milk from the plains of the Midi-Pyrenées region of France. This cheese can be eaten fresh and it is creamy, with a subtle, delicate taste of milk. After 10 to 15 days of maturing it's crust becomes covered with little blue moulds.
