A chin job, or chin implant, is the fastest-growing cosmetic procedure in the United States. In 2011 there were 20,680 operations, which was a 71% increase from 2010. A majority of chin implants are part of a 'package deal' of cosmetic surgeries and are rarely carried out alone. Also, there is around a 50% split in men and women undergoing the surgery.
