Degree of difficulty

A rating that measures the difficulty of the specific moves in a gymnast’s routine. It is factored into the total score after judges have scored the execution of the moves. Each skill has a Level of difficulty rated by the FIG as an A, B, C, D E or Super E level skill. Difficulty in a routine is created by the combination of difficult skills or by performing the very difficult E or Super E skills. See Bonus Points.
