A fake word created by students at Eton College, the British independent boarding school. The word is derived from a selection of latin stems - flocci (woolen), nauci (a trifle), nihili (nothing), pili (a hair). They all share a common meaning of triviality, which is what the extended word also means.

In practice it is never used, except as an in-joke to others who know of the meaning.
