Gantry motion record

An entry containing the PRO, SPRO, motor current, and other gantry-related signal values for that instant in time. Entries are added to the record only if there is gantry movement. On the STN node side, the gantry motion record is a circular buffer: when it fills up, it simply overwrites from the start. On the Service mode side, a user requests the gantry motion record, which is time-stamped on retrieval and saving to the HET workstation.
