Gejang, or gejeot, is a variety of jeotgal, salted fermented seafood in Korean cuisine. The dish is made by marinating fresh raw crabs either in ganjang (soy sauce) or in a sauce based on chilli pepper powdered. Gejang means "crab condiment" in Korean.
