Organic, soft-white cheese named for the cheesemaker Gabrielle Kervella of Fromage Fermier. It is round-shaped or log-shaped cheese. Kervella Affine can be eaten at various stage of maturation. After the period of two weeks it has a mild, sweet taste. With time the curd becomes more hard and flaky and the cheese has the taste of salty, macadamia nuts.
