A phobia of urinating when there are others in close proximity who may be watching, or when they are otherwise under some form of pressure. While most people suffer from this to a certain degree, it can cause some people severe problems if they are unable to find a private bathroom for an extended period of time.

In male bathrooms there is an unspoken code to leave an empty urinal between two people if possible, so that neither person will suffer from this.
