Pink pepper
Pink pepper or Pepper Rosé is the fruit of a small bush (Schinus terebinthifolius Raddi) and must not be confused with the ripe pepper fruits that have reddish to brown hue. Pink peppercorns are named so for their shape only, not for their flavour, which is mild and sweet. The flavour of the small, pink peppers are rather weak, although they can develop a subtle flavour in food that has little other spices.
