A concentrate consisting primarily of products from a protein hydrolysate, plus stabilising additives and inhibitors to protect against freezing, to prevent corrosion of equipment and containers, to resist bacterial decomposition, to control viscosity, and otherwise to ensure readiness for use under emergency conditions.
