Se credea că erau insulele din Deltă unde continuau să existe sufletele celor morţi. Aceasta era locuinţa zeului Osiris, care răspândea bunătate, în rândul adepţilor lui, iar aici,cei motţi puteau dobândi o nouă existenţă, completă cu abundenţă de hrană, de orice fel. Sekhet-Aanru sunt "Câmpiile Liniştii".
