Anti-capitalist, non-traditional socialist doctrine that sees the state as oppressive and advocates replacing the state system with production groups connected by a centralised agent which determines economic needs and organises production. It is believed that working within such groups would unite workers and that this kind of unity would overcome diverging political and religious beliefs.
