A T-Bone is a category of motorcycle accident where the rider runs head-on into the side of another vehicle. Usually, the other vehicle is a car that has turned left in front of the rider and the rider cannot perform an evasive manoeuvre or swerve to avoid the car and hits it straight on in the side. The car is the top of the "T" and the motorcycle is the vertical part of the "T."
