Timer prescaler counter (PSC) bits

A field that specifies the count for the on-chip timer. When the PSC is decremented past 0 or the timer is reset, the PSC is loaded with the contents of the timer divide-down register (TDDR) and the timer counter register (TIM) is decremented. These bits are stored in the timer control register (TCR).
