Vestas Wind Systems A/S is a Danish manufacturer, seller, installer and servicer of wind turbines. It is the largest company like this in the world, but due to increasing competition its market share dropped from 28%-12,5% between 2007 and 2009. They have won various international awards for being one of the top green companies. The demand however has kept decreasing since 2011 and Vestas' chief executive reported in August 2012 that 2013 is expected to be the worst year yet.
