Made with lime, cracked ice, soda or any carbonated beverage and whiskey, gin, rum or brandy. Served with the rind of lime. Similar to a collins or sour.
Rye whiskey

These whiskeys are very similar to Bourbon, but with a much more assertive and spicy flavor. By law in the U.S. Rye whiskey must be made from 51% rye, but usually wheat and barley are also used.
