Dancing with the Stars is the reality series on ABC in which celebrities are paired with professional dancers and perform choreographed dance routines that are rated by a panel of judges and the audience. The celebrity contestants often include well-known athletes, supermodels, actors and singers. Each pair performs predetermined dances and competes against the other couples for judges' points and audience votes.

The show is the U.S. version of the popular British series, "Strictly Come Dancing." This version is produced by BBC Worldwide Productions. Dancing with the Stars is hosted by Tom Bergeron ("America's Funniest Home Videos") and Brooke Burke Charvet ("Dancing with the Stars" Season Seven Champion).
