Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room is a 2005 documentary film based on the book by the same name written by Bethany Mclean. The film analyses the rise and eventual bankruptcy of the energy trading company Enron which has come to be known as one of the quintessential examples of corporate corruption resulting in the criminal trials of several of the corporation's top executives.
